The producer Fiegl is proposing a special dinner and tasting in which each wine of his production is paired with a fish dish, in collaboration with Moscardino Bistrot.

Under the portico of the agricultural society Colmello di Grotta, we will leave for a journey to discover the world of organic and agro-homoeopathic production. The wine tasting route in "steel only" and "amphora" versions will be the ideal opportunity to explain the technical reasons that have led the company to introduce the use of stoneware amphorae for the refinement of wines, the his philosophy and the reasons that led him to choose a path of conversion to organic production. To the wines in tasting, accompanied by salami and artisan cheeses, different types of frequencies will be applied, which will interact with the organoleptic characteristics of the wines, enhancing or modifying certain hints. On request it will be possible to take a walk in the vineyards of the property. In case of bad weather the meeting will be moved to the internal tasting room.
