Cabernet Sauvignon

2% of the bottles produced in the Collio area contain this wine, of French origin, which has since adapted to the hills of Gorizia. Its ruby red colour has garnet reflections, while it is intense, characteristic and pleasant on the nose. It is round, dry and harmonious on the palate.
