Cabernet Franc

Cabernet Franc accounts for 4% of the total production; it has a rather intense ruby colour and is pleasant, herbaceous and characteristic on the nose. It is dry, herbaceous, round and harmonious on the palate in full respect of its characteristics and representation of the cultivation territory.
