Pinot Nero
The Collio’s Pinot Nero has very few and particular expressions, which can be particularly characteristic. Its colour is of a more or less intense ruby red; characteristic and intense on the nose and dry, pleasant and velvety on the palate. Pinot Nero accounts for only 1% of the total production.
