Also of this wine there are very few bottles, inside of which it is ages to a ruby red colour with garnet reflections. It is characteristic and herbaceous on the nose, which becomes ethereal over time, whereas on the palate it is dry and harmonious and slightly herbaceous, maintaining its characteristics and taking in the expressions of the ponca.
