Collio Bianco
The “Collio Goriziano” or “Collio” white is the characteristic blend of the Collio where each winery finds its own territorial expression enhancing the characteristics of the terroir. The yellow of the Collio Bianco has more reflections that are more or less intense and sometimes also coppery. Its slightly aroma on the nose accompanies a dry, lively, fresh and harmonious flavour. Its expression is varied and profound, able to amaze and make itself recognisable.

Blend obtained from grapes coming from the vineyards within the winery, from one or more varieties of the same colour among the regulated vine varieties with the exception of the aromatic Muller Thurgau and Traminer aromatic vines, which cannot exceed 15% of the total.
Organoleptic analysis
Colour: from straw yellow to a more or less intense golden yellow, sometimes with copper reflections.
Nose: delicate, slightly aromatic.
