Pinot Grigio
Pinot Grigio arrives in the Collio are in the mid-1800s thanks to Count Teodoro De La Tour, who with his foresight was able to change the viticulture of this land. Pinot Grigio accounts for almost 30% of the total production and its expressions can be anything from intense golden yellow colours or with coppery reflections. The harmony that ensues makes everyone agree in making it a powerful expression of the characteristics of the terroir and of the vine itself at the height of quality worldwide.
